Ministry started as a Synthpop in 1981. The original lineup of Ministry was Al Jorgensen (vocals, guitar, keyboard) & Stephen George (drums). Ministry released several singles with the label "Wax Trax! Records & Arista), their official album "With Sympathy" was released in 1983. Around mid 80's Ministry changed their music style.
